1 High Fiber products
Fiber will help you full faster. It also will make you feel full longer than the non-fiber products. You can have whole wheat bread instead of white bread. You can have brown rice instead of white rice. You can have high fiber cereal without milk. There are many products in the market that provide you with fiber. You can even have some fiber tablets if you can not find the regular one. Eating high fiber food will also help your digestion.

2 Soy Proteins
Protein is good for helping your body on many functions. One of the main functions is that protein controls your hunger. High protein food will help you feel full longer. Unfortunately, animal protein comes with many contaminations like hormone or antibiotics. It finally gives you more disadvantages than benefits. Soy protein gives you better choice. You can have various products which are made from soy protein and lose fat.

3 Vegetables
Everybody knows that eating only vegetables especially fresh ones will help you lose weight. Yet not many people can do this. Fresh and clean vegetables contains very little calorie. Having them continuously will definitely help you lose weight. But eating only vegetables may not provide you with enough nutrients. You will have to learn more about nutrition so that you can choose the right vegetables which give you enough nutrients.

I am not a fan of fruits because I know that almost all fruits in the market today have been modified. They are made to be sweetened so that people like. At the end, almost all the fruits are not good for weight loss. If you really want to have fruits, choose the ones with low sugar. It will keep you busy for awhile because it is not easy to be found.

5 Water
Water is good for fat loss because it can be the solution for all the waste in the body including fat. If you have enough water per day, you will start to lose weight. This will be true if you use this tactic along with other fat loss diet plan.
