This program is similar to the food suggested in Pritkin but it restricts you also from fatty and dry food like popcorn, pretzels and crackers. The plan is considered rather healthy since all suggested foods are low in calorie and saturated fat.

The Zone.
This program gives you the food zone. You can eat protein which has low fat for example protein from fish or chicken. You can have some vegetables, fruits and grains. It is similar to other programs mentioned before, The Zone focuses on low carbohydrate concept.

Weight Watchers.
The program allows you to have high carbohydrates and reduce your fat and protein intakes. The program is considered healthy since it allows you to be flexible on your choices and selections. However, due to its high flexibility, the effectiveness of the program may vary since it is up to each individual’s choice.

All the programs mentioned above are offered online for free. If you want to dig deeper, you can search for more information. However, it is not guaranteed that you can be successful since weight loss is a complicate process. Most of the free stuff may not offer the full value like the paid programs. So you will have to bear in mind on that.
