The food that is suitable for safe natural weight loss is to have high fiber, high complex carbohydrate, not so high in protein and low in the content of fat.

A complex carbohydrate is a baked potato. Fat is the sour cream and butter you should not put on it. Fiber is vegetables. You should not fry your food to avoid the fat in the cooking oil. Protein is a lean cut of meat. The more suitable protein is the one from plant, soy to be exact. You should also avoid the fat in the gravy by not pouring it over your food.

On the other hand, it can also help you lose weight naturally if you will not fall into the so-called “fat-free” trap. Do not go for diet things like diet sodas or anything that claimed fat free. Manufacturers keep coming out with low-fat or fat-free versions of their best-selling foods, but people keep getting more overweight.

In addition, if you feel hungry, you can use some snacks which are not high in fat and calorie. The best ones should be from vegetables or low sugar fruits. Health experts say it would be better to try eating every three to four hours. This means that a nutritious low-fat snack, like some fruits, between lunch and dinner is a good idea.

When you feel the urge for food coming on, snacking on something healthy such as a slice of whole-grain toasted bread is a better alternative. Do not try to skip a meal and eat snacks instead because that is the worst thing you can do if you are trying to control your eating habits and weight.

Remember, if you want to have natural weight loss, you have to keep track of every food you eat and of every activity that you do.
