Before you start doing anything on weight or fat loss, you have to consult your doctor. This doesn’t mean that you have to get the pills from him. You should not take any weight loss pills by any means. Just ask him what you can and can’t do under your current situation. Do you have any illness that may bar you from any activities? What does he suggest you to do to be your proper weight loss? Take his advice and keep it as one of your references. Here are the steps that you can take to lose fat quickly. 1 Understand the fundamentals Fat loss is a combination of many things. It consists of diet plan, activity plan, exercise plan, rest plan, supplement plan….etc. It is not just only one thing and finish. You have to learn this basics before you move onto your actions. Without the right knowledge, you should not start. 2 Set Realistic Goals Once you know what you have to do, you will have to set up your goals and plan. You can not do the whole things at the same time. Nor you can lose all the weight in one day. Fat loss is a long term process. Clear goals will give you direction and determination for your fat loss. 3 Notice Your Body and Listen to It’s Reaction When you do your weight loss program, you have to see how your body reacts to your program. You may feel tired when you starting out but it should not last long. After a week or so with your program, you will have to review what happen to your body and what you should do next. Do not take the immediate illness when you take weight loss program as a bad sign. The first few days something unusual may happen but that is normal.
