Animal protein has a lot of contamination. It is not recommended that you eat lots of animal protein to lose weight. Protein will make your body have more muscle. The body with more muscle will burn calorie a lot better than the one with less. Therefore, you might see that some people eat a lot more than you do. You have never seen them get fat. It is because they burn fat a lot better than you do. Right exercise has to be combined with the right food. Without exercising, it will be less likely that your fat loss will be effective. You will need to know how to have proper aerobic exercise at the optimal length of time. You will also have to learn on non-aerobic exercise to strengthen your muscle.
