How to Exercise Less and Lose Weight More

A few days ago, I watch an Australian TV program on health. The show was about how you can lose weight by exercising. That is so common, right? Everyone knows it. How about if they say you can lose weight by exercising less than others? Will that interest you? It did get my interest. This article is about what I learned from the program. How you can exercise less and lose weight more.
This TV program had some testing done. They had two groups of subject. The first subject used the cycling machine and worked on it for forty minutes. They had to do it three times a week and this group will be checked for their weight gain or loss within a month. There was no diet control for the first group of subject.
The second group will be under the same constraints including no diet control and exercise three times a week. The only difference is the pattern of exercise. Although, the second group of subject used the same type of machine, they had to do it only for half an hour. But they will have to spin at their full strength for 8 seconds and cycle at slower rate for 12 seconds. Continuously do these alternate cycles for only twenty minutes. That’s about it. It is called 8-12-20-3 formula.
The result was amazing. The second group of the people significantly lost more weight than the first group. My wife tried this method the other day and she found that it was a very good exercise. She said she would definitely lose some weight with the practice. It was only her first time doing this so I could not tell if she would in one month. I am not a cycling fan but I will do this one day.
