Do You Beleive That You Can Have Six Packs?

Many people, both men and women, want to have six packs on their abdomen instead of big belly. There are many misunderstanding about having six packs. We are going to expose some of those mists here. You will then be able to start your six packs quest journey.

The other day, I watched a TV program called “What’s good for you“. It is an Australian TV which shows people many interesting stuff. The one I watched demonstrated one of their experiments on how to get six packs. They have four volunteers. The first one used the abdomen building machine. It was the one that was sold in your lat night TV commercial. He had to use it routinely for two weeks. The second volunteer used regular sit-up exercise. He needed to do it eighty times every night. He later on increased by himself to be a hundred times.

The third gentleman used cardio exercise to build his abdominal strength. He did it regularly everyday for almost one hour. The last person did not have any exercise except that he had to control his diet. He had to cut out high calorie food, soda and alcohol. He had to have pre-designed menus which include low calorie and high fiber food. Guess who was the one who had the best six packs abdomen after two weeks?

I think most of us got the wrong answer. The best one was the one who controlled his diet. He was far better than the rest of group. Specialist says that everybody, man or woman, already has six packs. It is the abdominal fat that covers the muscles and makes them unseen. To reveal them, we need to eliminate that fat. That is when controlling diet helps.

Although, the rest of the group had stronger muscles, they could not make their six packs become obvious because of their fat. You should get the picture now. By the way, if you exercise well enough, you can have eight or even ten packs on your abdomen.

If you decide to have good six packs abdomen like Brad Pitt’s, you should look for ways to control your diet first. Then you can strengthen your abdominal packs by right exercise. Your six packs quest will then be accomplished.
